They did nothing for my child after the initial call I received no call back about services I requested out of the home itself, also I never received a call back about placement in the home. When I finally did get a call back a month later I got an appointment to meet to talk about things. at the meeting there was another parent there about their child just awkward also most of the time spent was talking to that parent and I was basically blown off. I was told the lady was going on vacation and would be gone a couple weeks and would contact me when she returned I never received any call back it's a lost cause no help here at all from these ppl waste of my time and energy. Update they have called to "check up" basically asked questions like they work for department of children and families. I said we was fine and don't need them and I'm not answering any more questions for your files. You didn't do anything when it was needed so now just leave us alone and mind your business.

Arnette House do not believe in treated there employees fare. The kids they take in is all about the money instead of thinking about there future. Alot of parents said when they sent there kids there they did not learn no discipline and Arnette House did not help there kids. Supervisor and management do not treat their employees fairly and do not talked there employees with respect. I seen people Voltaire there time to take the kids to church and families come over and cook for the kids in the company said it is not good to take them to church when you don't know their religion and not too good for them. I have seen employees sit outside and smoke cigarettes outside the girls group home and still management do nothing about it. It is also about race and color. Management is not about experience or or companionship and when employees love helping kids. It is all about money. Also seen supervisor carrie guns in their car and treat kids different because they are black or Puerto Rican. This is a place I will never seen my child when Arnette House. This place is all about money and not trying to help kids for their future.

Not impressed at ALL. The service my 6 year daughter and I received from the Arnette house was a huge disappointment was a very poor excuse and example of a children's counselor . My daughter was let down by her counselor. The lady made verbal promises to my daughter and never followed through nor apologized for letting her down. Which is HUGE to a 6 year old struggling with anxiety and fear of being let down or failure. Then the final straw was when the lady stopped returning my calls and texts all together and just left me right where I begun. At a dead-end and had no idea once again where to begin to get help. (I'm being mature as possible by not dragging this particular woman's name through the mud despite how badly I truly want to) My parents had a even worse outcome from the Arnetteβ House over 15+ years ago with my younger sister being treated cruelly mentally, emotionally and physically by the night time staff while she was admitted to stay there as a teenager. Just horrible place that has a history of repeating it's self.
