This pharmacy does not answer their phone and it is hard to get a hold of a person and an emergency situation it's impossible I would give it zero Stars if I could

Manager Patrick has really bad customer service skills. He came off very rude. He talks to you like your ignorant when he repeats hisself. I understood you the first time and when you repeat yourself it makes me feel that you rehearsed those lines. If you don’t know something, just say you don’t know. Corporate needs to send someone in to retrain you how to talk to customers.

Customers Beware, Take your Business Elsewhere: We're all about giving people the benefit of the doubt and have a few times. However... Shame shame on CVS. You have VERY * Unfriendly * Rude * Ill-mannered/ Miserable * Unhelpful Employers Others customers even noticed how unprofessional they treat eachother in front of cothers waiting in line. We'll be taking our business elsewhere. CVS a kind word of recommendation...have your employees take Social Skills classes to learn how to treat people with kindness. Hope you have better days.

Very rude. Came in today just to print out my coupons at the box and the cashier came over to tell me i needed to add all the coupons on the app onto my card. I told her that i would rather have the printed out paper coupons and she took my phone out of my hand and started to add the coupons to my card. I continued to tell her to stop and tried to get my phone back from her but she wasn't giving it up. I had to almost yank it out of her hand. They need some better customer service and to understand when a customer says no.

I finally got through to the pharmacy and they gave me Amanda's #. My primary complaint is about a so called pharmacist named Todd I have never been treated so abusively by a business.
You can go on to the general CVS website and apply for the different stores in your area. That way it gives you more options and a better chance. Good luck!
Call your insurance company and they will connect you with that department and then ask them to send you an over-the-counter book. Also, you can go online to their website and there should be a link. Good luck!
