Pharmacy technicians are rude. They yell at costumers. There’s a employee with red hair. He is so unprofessional. He yelled at me over the phone when I gently ask for instructions. Also, when I went with my grandma to take a COVID test, we had to wait 2 hours and the nurse never called us. I went inside, told her that we’ve been waiting in the parking lot with other 5 cars. She said that I had to wait or reschedule. My grandma is 87 years old. I’m pregnant how long does she want me to wait in the car?

This is a busy pharmacy. I have been several times and the service and experience have been good. The staff does a good job of serving the high volume of customers routinely in the store and drive-thru. There is a definite shortcoming, the store needs more, and new shopping carts. Typically the cart rack at the entrance is empty because all the carts are in use. Several of the few carts available are noisy and distracting to use
