Why do we get appointment times for getting labs done and then when you arrive you end up waiting over a half hour to 45 minutes to get your labs done? Seems like there could be a more efficient way of having patients not waiting as long when there is a scheduled appointment.

I see a lot of belly aching in here, be thankful you have free health care. Maybe when you call they're extremely busy, anytime I leave a message I get a call back. Have some patience, they are doing the best they can.

No, we do not handle military (active, retired)id cards. You would need to go to a military base and take care of changes to your dependant id card. Items to bring along would be your spouses death certificate and your id.

Why is it your business? And some vets are hurt but still try to be normal. Maybe he is working through the pain. Who knows? But let the VA doctors make that call.

You can start with the Patient Advocate and they can direct you from there
