Over Booked for eye exam. Had appointment for 1145 and checked in. Filled out some paperwork. Then waited for almost an hour before I saw the eye doctor for my exam. Several people showed up at the same time and no place to even sit in waiting area. Once I got in, the exam was pretty good. Did not like the wait in a crowded area!

I want to let everyone know about the courteous and professional individual who helped me at this location. I walked into the store and was greeted by a man named Mario. Noticing that I was not wearing a mask he politely directed me to the counter where there were masks available. When I stated that I would prefer not to wear a mask, he offered for me to come in the next morning before the store opened and he could help me at that time. I was very thankful for his understanding and his professionalism. Visionworks should get rid of the mask requirement for employees and customers.

My experience at Visionworks at Citrus Park area was awesome. From the moment I walked in staff were courteous, staff who handle the first part of the eye exam to the doctor who finished the process were just amazing. Andrea the staff member who helped be with the ordering process was knowledgeable courteous and worked with me completely along with very pleasant working with me with what my insurance carrier allow in frames. In a year I will be returning to them for my check up. Can’t say enough about Andrea an her coworker at the time for all the help they extended to me during my visit.
