Personally I would ask for Andre he is an amazing artist, tell him Gypsy sent you. You have to walk in and get a quote because he would need to know the size of the tattoo he would be tattooing before being able to give you a quote.

Depending how big you want the name and what type of font it can cost anywhere from $60.00- $200.00 Semi Colons we generally charge shop MINIMUM which is $60.00 but if you want both tattooes at the same time I will charge you one flat rate. I know to get your eyebrow done it’s $40 so I don’t think it’s much more than that not sure though
