This place should be shut down and bulldozed into the ground and the site should be salted so nothing could ever grow here. And everyone who works here should become homeless. When you have to post signs telling people not to be violent with your employees that should say a lot about your service.

I have never been so badly treated I. A Healthcare facility before in my life! I followed their instructions to register online before I could even enter the building. I stated that I had no covid symptoms and was allowed to wait in the lobby. I waited over 2 hours watching people get called in that came well after me. When I asked why I was still waiting I was rudely spoken to by a pregnant medical employee that told me I could continue to wait in the lobby or in my car.....

Even though I have a primary care doctor I prefer Med Express. I've been here 4 or 5 times and always in and out in an hour or less with no appointment. My primary isn't that fast. The staff is great, the providers are excellent and they are very careful about keeping things sanitary and safe.

We are new to the area and had a very sick child suddenly this morning. I called when we arrived and I was informed it would be about 1.5 hour wait (this is an average wait I was told - so we were prepared to do so), but upon answering some questions about my child’s current condition, they found it best to bring us in right away to access him first hand. It was found he was urgent enough to be placed in a room and treated. All of the staff was wonderful, caring and compassionate. They were very attentive and as gentle as they could be with all the testing that needed to be done. I feel badly about all the negative reviews here for the clinic. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again in the future.

Best advice is to just call them and ask.
MedExpress does provide initial STD testing. A patient will need to see a provider who can determine medical treatment and order the appropriate tests.
Thanks for your questions! Please feel free call your local center and our team would be happy to confirm the type of test you are in need of.
At this time, MedExpress cannot complete requests for blood work from a non-MedExpress provider. However, if a MedExpress provider needs labs or blood work to help confirm your diagnosis, we can do labs on site and send blood work and cultures to our partners so you can get answers sooner.
I went in for a UTI a couple weeks ago, same place. They did get me antibiotics. So I can almost guarantee it for the UTI, not sure about the yeast infection. Worst case scenario, you can hit a walmart, publix or drugstore and grab some monostat, for the yeast infection. You can also pick up some AZO's in or near the same aisle. AZOs only offer temp relief. They dont always completely eliminate a UTI, but they're lifesavers!
MedExpress is offering COVID-19 evaluations and testing at designated centers to help support our local communities' health care needs amid the pandemic. In order to ensure individuals receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking care at MedExpress for known or suspected COVID-19 cases will receive an examination by a MedExpress health care professional who will determine if testing is needed and which testing method may be most appropriate, including rapid antigen and laboratory send-out PCR COVID-19 testing. Please note that for the most accurate COVID-19 test results, the CDC and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommend that individuals who are not showing symptoms, but who have had close contact with an individual who has tested positively for COVID-19, wait five to seven days after the known exposure to get a COVID-19 test. Additionally, the CDC and AAFP recommend self-quarantining for 14 days after a known exposure to COVID-19, even if no symptoms are present.

Our full medical team will gladly evaluate anyone in need of medical care and help decide the best plan of treatment. However, chronic medical conditions are best handled by a PCP, who can offer a long-term treatment plan. It’s always important to remember that if you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Our providers do not prescribe glasses or contacts. However, our full medical team can help with eye-related illness or injuries, such as pink eye. If further specialized treatment is needed, we can refer you to an eye specialist.

MedExpress’ providers will evaluate and treat patients of all ages, including infants. Depending on the presenting symptoms, infants need to be directed for further evaluation, but our team of clinicians can help to determine the best plan of treatment. While MedExpress will evaluate anyone – regardless of age – who visits one of our centers, our providers may decline to treat infants (6 months or younger) and refer them back to their pediatrician or ER, where they can receive the best possible care.

I would call them and ask about the bloodwork. They do physicals for sure. These questions go to the community, not the busines owner so specific questions like this are best asked and answered directly by them.
