I've lived in a home for 3 years now managed by Rex rentals property management. Everyone is professional and Kym is awesome. I've always been well taken care of with any needs regarding the home. Any issues have always been addressed with a sense of urgency and I love that. Kym has went out of his way to ensure my daughters and I feel safe in our home and that means a great deal to me as a single mother! I recommend this rental property to all.

The wife and I relocated to the Tampa area from Hawaii after I left the military and we ended up renting a 3br/2br house through Rex Rentals for about 1.5 years. I met both Rex and Anya during the initial paperwork signing and both were very nice. During the time of our tenancy we did not have much interaction as there was really no need (did not have any significant issues with the house, I did lock myself out foolishly early on but Anya was extremely helpful). Rex did send out a lot of info as COVID hit the US full bore so it was nice to have that communication. Again, the wife and I had no issues. The main reason we left is because she got a job in the Brandon area so we were looking to cut down on her commute time.

Kym is by far the most helpful property manager I've ever worked with. He takes an honest approach with no games or bs and is super straight forward with what needs to be done and is able to maximize your rental revenue. I can't suggest him and his team enough.

An eviction is a very hard topic. If the eviction is less than three years old we feel that you have not recovered yet. So now if it is less than 3 years old we will deny. If it is older than three years we will review. It will still be a negative on our whole report, but if other factors are excellent there is a good possibility to approve you. Hope this helps.
