Do yourself a favor and avoid this office. They charged me $379 for a basic return and then took another $33.99 when they put the money in my account.

Worst experience I ever had in all my years. They have NO clue how to do taxes. They 1st told me I could not claim my daughter then after 1 1/2 hours they worked it out.Then they told me I could not get the American Oportunity credit after having to argue with them they told me we could.My refund went from 1,300 to 6,100.The tax loan they say takes 24-48 hours took me 6 days to recieve.Roz the manager kept lying about where it was and then admitted she lied. We asked to speak to Steve the owner and at first was told NO then we were told he will call us at 10am and we never got a call.We called every day atleast 3 times a day and NOTHING.All this cost me over $500 for the 1040ez. STEER CLEA R your better off having your cat do your taxes.

Ros was amazing! I'd go see her or Kesha anytime to help with taxes. I received great advice and I felt like they had my best intentions. The price was higher than what I had envisioned BUT they took it out of the refund and I received the remainder without having to pay. I will always use them!
