We look for stores we can trust, that we can go back to if there is ever a problem. How about if the problem occurs years later? Can we still return? Over the years, we always met a "no" answer, but not with Peter Haggar and his group at Blind & Shutter Gallery. We have a lovely new showroom quality ceiling to floor, across a large French door, that is beautiful. Peter came over, he sent others over, the job was not finished until we said so. UPDATE: The owner, Peter, called me right away to apologize and find out what happened. He is a very nice guy who cares a lot and is very proud of the business he has built. He is going to make things right and take over our quote personally. We will likely be ordering our plantation shutters through him. Very disappointed in my experience - disorganized and unprofessional - and weeks later I still do not have blinds or even a quote. I made an appointment for June 21st. Before and during the appointment, the sales rep was distracted and taking personal calls. When I went to look at sample colors, he could not find half of them and was looking through stacks of books. I let this go since I needed blinds and wanted to get another quote. A week later, I still hadn't heard anything so I followed up. Still nothing so I had to follow up a second time to get a quote. When I finally received the quote, it was missing items and did not include the two products I asked to be quoted. I asked for it to be revised and they said "stay tuned." Now more than a week has gone by and I followed up yet again with no response. Not only is this frustrating to have to follow up for them to earn my business, but now weeks have gone by when I could have had my order placed. They will NOT be earning my business if I ever do receive that quote.

I want to give a shout out to Edgar who installed a houseful of beautiful window treatments for me. He was always on time, stayed longer than expected to make sure the client was happy, and did an excellent job of installing everything. He always had a smile on his face and made sure everyone was satisfied with the work. And Peter Haggar the owner is a joy to work with, and resolved a slight manufacturers issue without incident. Thanks for a beautiful end result!

Peter G. & Ross installed our blinds 2 days ago and did a really great job. They were friendly and professional. We love our new blinds . Nancy was very professional and helpful in choosing the right style and colors for our home. She came up with an amazing kitchen window design that my wife just loves. Summer was very good at keeping us informed regarding the status of our order which was appreciated very much. Thanks to all for an excellent and hassle free job WELL DONE
