Too bad there’s a no star option because that’s what they deserve, I get there only one person working, kathy to be exact, after waiting in line for maybe 20 minutes it was my turn I had about 6 pages in my hand I asked her how much would it cost for me to overnight them to an address on the front page? She said 26 something and I said ok how about standard mail, she was like first class? I said idk just regular postage she again asked first class I said is that standard mail, after going back and forth with her on that I finally said can I just have a stamped envelope and extra postage if I need it this is what I will be mailing, she now said I need to pay for an envelope go fill it out and come back and pay for postage, I have my newborn and my 3 other kids in the car with their grandma not trying to be difficult with this lady, she then gets annoyed and said well I am the only person working here, I said that is not my fault I am just trying to get a stamped envelope with extra stamp if needed I tried to fold the papers and put it in the envelope so she can weigh it, this lady said I need to pay for the envelope first so I handed her 10$ because at this point she acted like I was trying to steal an envelope from her still telling me she can’t weigh for extra postage until I am actually send it, I have the address where it’s going and the forms were not filled out I had someone to sit in my car with my kids I can can run in and grab the requirements to just stick it in my mailbox at a later time but Kathy made sure that was not happening she then said I was at the post office and not prepared, I was not done with my forms but I was not trying to send it I just wanted a stamped envelope with extra postage if it was needed Karen I mean kathy!!!! Still left without it because this lady decided she was mad at the post office for only her work and wanted to lash out on customers!

The postal worker who was supposed to be dropping off my husband wedding band just kept leaving notices saying they tried, but I was home both days and have dogs who would tell me if someone approached the door let alone knocked or rang the bell. I sat on hold trying to request a redelivery, they refused so I told them I'll go get it then. I drove all the way out there to stand for 35 minutes while they looked for it. 3 different people couldn't find it. First they said they couldnt find it and i needed to go stand in the back and wait, the second person said it might be out for redelivery. The 3rd person said it was probably returned already and at the point I made it very clear that I was told it was there, was refused a redelivery, and that it was a wedding band we need for our ceremony- only then did the 3 rd person go back and suddenly they were able to find it. They need to get reorganized and do better at documenting where they put people's things, there was at least 5 of us standing waiting for our packages while people ran around saying they didn't know where things were.

Staff here has been very helpful; answering my questions. Sure they get busy at times, and are confronted with angry, abusive customer. If you show them kindness and consideration, they give the same back to you.

I've been an employee at this office for 35 years. During that time I've sorted your mail (letters, magazines, and parcels), manually and on a variety of machines. I've processed Business Mail for many of you, picked up your mail from the collection boxes in front of the building after 5 each evening, and helped many of you with your passport applications and photos for the last 14 years. I just wanted to take a minute to say that it has been my pleasure to have served you these many years. I greatly appreciate your kind words of encouragement, both on this site and in person. I've been blessed to have been with you, and I've had a good career. But 35 years is enough, and it's time for me to move on. I am retiring and my last day will be Tuesday, November 30. I'll miss seeing you in the lobby, or outside dropping off your evening mail. Thank you all for your kindness to me. I won't forget you. I wish you well. God bless you.
