The hotel was adequate. A short drive to convienance stores and restaurants. Front desk operators were polite and accomodating. The breakfast buffet wasn't particularly impressive. About 3-4 different types of juice and cereal, cold muffins, and the eggs and sausage that were served was cold despite the heated dishes that they were in or otherwise non-existent throughout our stay. Person monitoring the breakfast area was happy to assist with waffle making. On the last day of our visit, we opted for breakfast at a nearby McDonalds. We had requested a suite as I prefer a little extra space to move around. The suite was not as spacious as I would have liked however it did have a separate bedroom area with a door for extra privacy. Seating was limited. A loveseat type sofa and a swivel chair did not enhance my family's comfort. An arm chair would have been nice. The wifi toward the back of the room was spotty. Housekeeping is provided upon request or after every 3rd day. I suspect that this rule is due to covid however it raises some concerns about "unwanted visitors". Thankfully we had no issues with that and front desk was able to supply extra trash bags and other necessities. The bathroom had a musty, sort of rotten egg smell that pretty much lingered throughout our stay. I suspect inadequate ventilation.

I stayed here on a personal trip and didn’t want to spend too much, so opted for this one, as the price was very good for the area. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a suite with a sitting room and bedroom separated by a door. Even though I was solo, it was nice to have all my stuff in the bedroom and hang out in a nice, tidy sitting area. The bathroom has been updated and has a modern look, the bed was comfortable and the room had all the basic amenities. The hotel and room were extremely clean and the workout room was a nice size. Breakfast was pretty basic and if you wait until the last half hour or so, you risk them being out of a lot of the options, but that is really my only complaint. Parking was easy and the location was close to a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as being close to many of the Brandywine Valley Museum. I’d recommend to friends and may stay here on a future visit.

They didn't have the room I booked, website was wrong. Ac, TV and bathroom lights didn't work in the room i did get. Alarm clock didn't have the clock, but the alarm went off at 6am. I tried to inform the front desk but there was no one there... also, how old is that bucket of moldy water on the 5th floor?

I would highly recommend staying here!! Very clean, well lite & I love the layout of the rooms. The staff couldn't be any nicer, anything I needed they were ready and willing to help. One of the most pleasant stay I had in a really long time. Definitely will be back
