This is my first dealership purchase and I will not be purchasing from anyone else any time soon. The level of customer service that is given by this team is absolutely out of this world - and as a customer service rep myself, I know outstanding customer service when I see and recieve it. Alan, John, Jan and the whole team worked to get my into a new vehicle in less than 4 hours, they gave me a fair value on my trade in, and while I wasn't planning on buying a new vehicle today, the completely no pressure situation made it that much easier to make my final decision. I would recommend this dealership 10 out of 10 times, I cannot say enough good things about them. Phenomenal team and phenomenal dealership. I hope one of these days I can meet the owner and tell him what an outstanding team he has.

Stephen Ellis is the Man! Came in today looking at the Grand Cherokee. He had me in and out with in a hour! They gave me a amazing price for my trade! He explained everything about the car I bought! Seemed like an okay dealer until I tried to schedule an appointment (I purchased parts here). I spoke with a young lady to schedule my Jeep Wrangler for service. I asked about a 30k mile service and stated I had an intermittent miss that I would like to have diagnosed, possibly have it flashed. I was basically talked out of bringing my Jeep in. Maybe because it’s still under warranty? She kept saying, “I don’t know if we can fix your problems” I only mentioned an intermittent hiccup or miss? I’ve never had anyone act more like they didn’t want my business. I’m sure the technicians here are fine but if you can’t schedule an appointment it doesn’t matter.

Brad helped us through the whole experience get the car I wanted, David dodge has an amazing inventory meanwhile other dodge dealerships have a scarce lot most of the time. Highly recommend going to them for any dodge,Chrysler, jeep, or ram.
