The people here were so nice helpful and very knowledgeable. I decided to replace the foam and material on my dining room chairs. Their advice was invaluable. I equate going into Joanne fabrics like going to Home Depot very overwhelming. By the time I left I felt confident I could do my project. Everyone from Kayte to the person who cut my fabric to the cashier was engaging.

They do not have a monogram service. This is a craft store where you can purchase products to do crafts like sewing, knitting, baking, etc.

I would agree with Joy, they wouldn't do repairs. Though they may know of repair shop that they might use that is local. If not look for small repair engine shop to see if they would recommend a place.
Hi Kathy, When was the last time you had your machine serviced (had it cleaned and oiled by a professional). It could be somethimg as simple as that or depending upon that type of machine you have prices will vary
Yes and if you are having a difficut time trying to find them the staff is amazingly helpful and courteous.
