A retired appliance repair friend troubleshot my $1,300 dryer by facetime and told me the motor was shot. So I went to John’s & to save money told him to buy it for me and replace it. He bought the parts needed for $299.00. Lo & behold it was a busted belt. So I owned $232 of parts he didn’t use. When I asked him if they could be returned, he promptly cut me a check for $232.50 and only charged me for the belt, the visit and the labor. Legit to the max. I wasn’t expecting such honesty. Should’ve known better. After all, this is still the South, where people are well raised. Thank you John & Jamie. God bless you always!

The original owner's son is the man! He is extremely intelligent on current appliances. Not only is he the owner, but the OnCall serviceman, in house repairs, shop man, etc..... His Dad taught him well! I would recommend his company for anyone!

I was having issues with my refrigerator getting warm. I called John and explained the situation and told him what model I had. He could’ve came out here to check it out and charged me a service fee, but instead he told me what to try first. I followed his free advice and it worked like a charm! Never bought an appliance from him yet, but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him since he generally seems to not take ppl and their money for granted! Genuinely a nice, honest man! They are hard to find these days! Reminded me of my dad!
