Horrible customer service we were there before anyone entered the building and were told to wait a “few” minutes so she could help customers that came in after us to be helped. 35 min later I decided to leave and CVS got me in and out in 10 min being twice as busy with the same amount of employees. And on top of that was provided the wrong information!!!(needs new staff)

Go to the usps.com website. Search passport offices. This will tell you which offices do passports. It will tell you what you need to do and bring. Request appointment, then go to the office.
