I called 3 times and was disconnected!?!!each time on hold for 15-20 minutes . Customer service is very rude and not professional at all. I know each State and county has different rules, but if the county truck destroys your can, why put the replacement cost back on the customer! I worked for Burlington County in New Jersey and the County took responsibility of all damage, when st fault!! Not satisfied at all

I recently moved into a home and was unaware of a leaking faucet and they refused to adjust my bill despite my being told my multiple plumbers they could correct the issue for me

My boyfriend and I had to call emergency services due to some water being flooded in our water meter and had had the water shut off for several days. They came out within 20 min (we only knew they were there because the dogs were barking from the backyard - it was THAT quick!) and repaired our meter super quickly. They were very friendly, courteous, and humorous and we genuinely appreciated their amazing customer service. Kudos to Chris and Steven from the Water Department - they were the best! We also had to call other utilities because we thought the leak was on our side in case we needed to dig and locate the power lines and they all came out within the hour as well! We are just super impressed with Her and County Utilities and couldn’t ask for better customer service! Thank you to everyone!

Water testing is done by the health department.
Someone always answers. However, the only reason to call is for an emergency. Your bill can be paid online, and all service requests must be in writing anyway.
Yes
Usually early in the morning after extension is overdue
Pay my bill
You should call the office first to see if you need any documentation to prove it's your home. Then you'll probably have to go down to the office and request the water be turned on in your name and pay any applicable fees. When you're done you can have the water turned off.
Is there a date , billing date . Every month are they mailed out on the 20? Or a different date. Monthly they go from what date to what date ? Can't call. Cause billing Is closed till monday
I was looking for recycle days
