Great experience. Another U-Haul location had reserved a truck for me at Glenside but by the time I got there, it was gone. The staff was super friendly and worked to secure me another truck (a better truck) within a couple of hours on a busy weekend. The staff at this place is A+.

I reserved the same trailer I normally use and when I got there he tells me I reserved it at Horsham but all my paperwork shows IT WAS RESERVED AT HIS LOCATION. I asked him if he could change the reservation to their location (closer to my home). Julian told me he could not cancel it and was so rude about it, like I was bothering him to do his job. Sorry dude you are customer service, that is your job. There is no reason to talk to customers like that for no reason. I will not be renting from @UHAUL any time soon. They lost a good customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

I’ve rented equipment from them over the past 5 years. It’s been nothing less than great service, with informative staff that get you in and out. The electronic service platforms have been well thought out and just as efficient. They clear are held to quality service standards. Those employees that don’t exercise them don’t last there.
