I came into this Dunkin Donuts running late for work. I order a glazed donut and already had a coffee from another DD. The coffee I had didn’t have enough creamer, so I asked if I could have a few with my order. The guy with the red dot on his for head asked me “Why do you want creamer? What are you using it for?” I told him for my coffee that I got got at the DD. He said no! I said sir I have coming here for 8 years are you really not going to give me not one creamer? He refused but continued to ring me out for the donut. I told him no thank you on the donut, you’ve just lost a customer! He said didn’t care and get out! Don’t go hear if you are expecting good service.
