I went there to get an oil change on my car and have them do an inspection on my car no big deal so i thought, they came out and told me i needed about $3000 worth of work done to my car but the only things that were critical were two belts that i needed, well so i of course always want a second opinion when i'm looking at that kind of money and so i brought it to another certified mechanic shop and they looked it over and there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car except my wheels needed to be balanced after being rotated and not balanced correctly, and the two belts they said i needed were completely bogus considering they were actually the same belt and yet they wanted to charge me to have two put on, I will no longer be going to them, it's hard enough to trust people these days and when it comes to the safety of my vehicle that i have to drive in everyday with my daughter I will never take it to Tire kingdom again

Twice now they have taken me in without an appointment for last minute tire issues. Every staff member I've had the pleasure of receiving assistance from, has been friendly and patient with my vehicle issues.

Came in without an appointment for my brakes squeaking. They got me in right away. Showed me all the issues they found. Easton was great to work with. He got me the best deal possible along with an itemized bill to show exactly what my money went towards. Definitely recommend and will be back

Honest mechanic... but (see update) Went in without an appointment because my front passenger tire was at 19lbs. They were busy but worked me in. The mechanic removed the tire added air and did the "soapy water" test. Said that the valve stem was "a little loose" and that he tightened it. Then he immersed the tire in water to ensure that no potential leaks were overlooked. There was no charge for the service. I had to wait for a couple of hours, but that's OK. I showed up unannounced and they accommodated me. I plan to return to this business in the future. Update: Checked my tire pressure a week later. Front passenger tire was at 70lbs. (sigh... it's sooo hard to get good help)

Masks, hand sanitizer, distance circles on the floor, plastic shields. They wear masks and gloves. The store and service areas are always very clean.
