Poor management 😢 there is an old couple in their 80's that lived here 12 years or more they had received an letter a week ago to remove a Vine in the oak tree by the street with a deadline. The poor 80 year old man took action to remove it by himself and fell off a ladder, now he's in the hospital with three cracked ribs he hit his head nobody knows when he's getting out of the hospital. 😢

Came with my mother who’s a real estate agent visiting from NY. Let the guard we just wanted to tour the community and was told unless we know a resident we couldn’t enter. Not at all the best first impression.

This is a really nice retirement community for 55+. They have pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, golf courses, a restaurant, etc. There is no shortage of things to do here. There are lots of golf carts in the community and lots of beautiful landscaping. HOA fees are over $500 a month, so it's a second house payment to live here if you can afford it, but what they offer is worth it.

It depends on the size of the condo and the association. There are in the range of 100 associations in Kings Point. Great amenities and activities. Association fees cover, lawn maintenance, waste management, cable/internet, etc. Your Realtor will have specific details. It is a safe and friendly place with lots to do. Be aware that some associations do not allow pets, but accommodations are made for working animals.
Most people I know buy their homes and rent them out to people. People usually will post on the Community boards with cards about the information of the homes.
I don't live here. It's a 55 plus community. I'm sure you can contact them and they'll be happy to assist with your questions.
As of now, yes. Due to sickness of employees. Have to use trash or save if you have the room.
