I tried to exchange a geranium for the color they promised it would be, but was told they couldn’t take it back because they couldn’t do anything with it. I can’t either. I understand I didn’t have the container, but I did have the receipt. I understand their policy that once it leaves the store there are no returns. Sadly, I walked away. I wanted to get a few more, but no thanks. I would have thought an exchange would have been ok, but I was wrong. I really like their plants, but just saying I’m sorry wasn’t enough for me.

The clerks who walked around with us knew everything there is to know about their plants, plant care and how to get them safely in the ground. They were patient and helped us make good choices for our yard. The plants at Gulf Breeze are healthy, labeled well, the prices are very reasonable and the delivery was FREE! :)
