I’ve been a frequent customer at RoJo’s for the past 4 years. I’m not sure if I’ll go back. Today I went to look for Walking Iris. I asked the lady working there if there were any to purchase. She said she didn’t know what they were and went back to her work. I found some unlabeled Iris and asked if these could be the ones I was looking for. She said she would check the invoice as they just came in. She said they were Apostle Iris and went back to her work. I did a simple google check and Apostle Iris are sometimes called Walking Iris. I told her that, and she said thank you and went back to her work. I asked her the price. She said $19.99 and went back to work. I decided not to interrupt her work and make her take my money. This is not the customer service I’ve experienced at RoJos over the years. I hope it changes.

What a wonderful place! Great selection with knowledgeable and very helpful people. Their prices were very reasonable and nobody tried to up sell me. They listened to what I wanted and took great care to find the perfect selections. I looked at several other places before I found this gem of a nursery. Save yourself the time and aggravation and go here first! After seeing all the gorgeous plants and trees, I will be going back. Thank you, RoJo's!
