Today was my first appt w Dr. Guirguis after 3 years of seeking a medical professional that was knowledgeable, compassionate and non-judmental I found him.... It was the first time I walked out of a doctors office with a smile feeling like someone finally cares....I would recommend him to anyone who suffers from pain....I look forward to getting the relief I've been searching for thanks to a great professional Doctor who actually cares....

I've been a patient of Dr. Gurguis for over 10 years now. I feel so blessed to have found him. I remember trying to find a doctor that cared and understood me. Because of my condition, pain is always going to be a part of my life. Now, I have a really good doctor to rely on and I'm not alone. I have seen his staff change over tge years and he has a fabulous staff t h at are caring and friendly. If your really sick, try him. You won't be disappointed

I've only been seeing Dr. Guirguis for less than 6 months now, and so far I'm completely satisfied with my care. I have chronic pain In my lumbar and cervical. And the treatments I've gotten thus far is more then the VA has done for me in a 1 1/2 years of going to them, and prior to that, treatment I had been getting in Atlanta at my orthodontist office. I look forward to continuing my plan of treatment with Dr. Guirguis and feeling better.

Nope; Dr. G. does not personally accept any type of Subsidized Insurances..(and very expensive out of pocket ).. but there are 2 Doctors that I know of,, in the same Practice who do; Dr. Lee ? ( Don't quote me,) and Dr. Otero..There may be more,, but who I know of..Whether they are taking more Patients, cant say.. But I can tell you; even if you are prescribed Meds, it will be lowered; and it will only be until they can find another method that will replace them..( They test a lot to make sure you do not abuse them also; or will terminate you immediately..If they even suspect you, the office Managers will treat you like you are a piece of sh-t ) (warning)..Injections; Ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulators, ect..That Practice's main objective is to get you "Off Meds" .. So if you are not looking for ways to get off of them; and not willing to try all sorts of procedures; than it may not be the right place for you...but if you are OK with that; than they are Excellent Doctors..

Raymond Vilcsek ; they charged me almost $800 to establish as a new patient ; even though I was with him for years at his last office.. Then it's $250 a visit ; then those random screens they send out , and then they refuse to do any paperwork at this office for scripts to be covered, if you have insurance for them, so add on at least another $600 for your meds.. The office staff will treat you like garbage if you are a self pay..they obviously judge you poorly , so I don't suggest it.. if you have an insurance they accept; expect a proceedure in the first 2 weeks; .. .. other than that.. Dr. Guirgus is super nice, but I really wished he hadnt moved..
