A culinary highlight of our Pittsburgh trip. The savory herb scone was so delicious. We ate them in the Jeep then went back in to get more. We bought a loaf of bread as a gift for Nonna. The sweet pastries were also amazing. Can't wait to go again next July.

Visited the store around 3:00pm Thur and everything I wanted (danish , sandwich ..) was gone, so got some croissant , basque cake, bouchon, baguette . A young girl/lady was very nice and patient . I forgot wearing a musk and noticed another two clients waited outside. It’s a small store , one client a time and has 2 tables outside. Nothing to complain. All taste good. The small box was for a friend to meet tonight , unfortunately she is sick and we cancelled the meeting. Will introduce to her next time !

Great service staff! They recommended calling in advance if you have an order that involves specific baked goods Very kind folks! Service is one person at a time while everyone waits in a line outside and you’re required to wear a mask! I got the chocolate croissants and scones and a cake that’s like a lava cake and that was great!

If you are okay with standing in a long line for a limited selection of fresh baked goods then this is your place! It’s charming and elegant but hard to wait so long only to get inside and find they only have chocolate chip cookies and may 1 scone left. When I have gotten lucky everything I’ve tried has been wonderful ( even on days that I settle for a chocolate chip cookie they’re the best this city has to offer!). Just a bummer to wait and have to consider buying something just because you waited. Also note, there are also no wholesale or in-kind discounts (at the end of the day or after waiting in the snow, cold, rain, or heat to spend money here) or offers and as a small business in the community that seems pretentious and unwelcoming.
