Was not able to get our car in that day but I had to at least put in a review. The man behind the counter was handling the phones , the counter , and greeting and apologize for the wait. He explained they were down 2 guys because they had to go to the hospital. We thanked the guy for being so present and said we wld stop back in again, better yet make a appointment.

I had a great customer experience this morning. I had a nail in my tire and I also needed an oil change. Michael Taylor, the Service Manager took care of me immediately and was so professional and friendly. This service only took an hour. Expected time was 1 1/2 hrs. The hour I waited, Michael's took care of at least 10 customers either via phone or in person. Everyone he took care of he treated professional and friendly. Thanks Michael! Sincerely, Ruby

Great spot, been to all the tire kingdoms and this one is the best, guys were on it. They went over all the scheduled maintenance and answered all my questions I had. My truck and the entire fleet I have hasn't ran this good in years. Nate is my go to guy!

This morning all four tires are read normal pressure. I suspect the problem will return. Thanks for the suggestions.
