Took my son for his permit written test which takes an hour plus waiting before hand. The lady we had was amazing at B15 she was so personable and really calmed my sons nerves before the test. My only issue was I’m on several medications and one requires a lot of water intake. I had my purse checked at the front and had an unopened water. The security guard made me leave or there and take it to my car. I feel if something is unopened in a store bought sealed bottle you should be able to have it with you, especially water! It’s 90 degrees outside. When we left my mouth was so dry. Please update your policy on liquids!

Leave it to a government entity to give "appointments" and then make you wait an hour and 20 minutes. Obvious poor leadership. Taxpayers deserve better. The amount of people standing around and not actively helping people says everything.

I think this is probably the best Tax Collectors office e I've ever been too. Although the new policy of only one person at a time can go in is a little ridiculous. Came here with my wife to get a replacement Registration for our camper, and would only let one of us come in and the other to wait outside. I'm not sure who came up with that rule but it's a little ridiculous. Plus the lovely officer out front needs to retrain on how to speak to people. Really nice to the POC walking in but rude to me.

Friendly staff. Have to make a line even if you have appointment. Make sure to have required documents for what ever you are soliciting. If you don't they will give you an hour to go back to your home and come back. If you don't make it back, you will need yo make a new appointment.

If you have all of your identification documents, have taked the 4 hour drug and alcohol course, have passed the written exam, you can schedule the road test and go straight for the Class E driver license rather than the permit.
