Dr. Nguyen is great! Offered me a choice to be awake or anesthesia I chose to have local, It was amazing I was awake. After a very few minutes of surgery, I was able to go home It was great recovery so fast from surgery. Today is one day from surgery and I'm able to move my fingers, exercise my hand, and can't wait to have final results. I expect full recovery because I expect BLESSINGS from GOD and surgery. The Doctor was good. Although it was my first time. The wait time to see him was 3 hrs if not longer. And I was in a lot of pain. When I got to the room to see him the paper on the bed was used. The floor was messy with stuff that missed the garage can. Receptionist was not friendly and was really only concerned about the insurance and copay. Someone tried asking how much longer the wait would be and her reply was I cannot answer that. As soon as you are called. I’m going to give it one more try. I think the wait time is due to overbooking clients. I also felt the time on getting Exray’s was far far to long 2 1/2 hr wait as well. If it looks like my next scheduled appointment is longer then a hr wait I will leave and refuse to pay. I feel if you make an appointment days even weeks ahead of time. They should be within a hr window to see you.!! I also had a follow up appointment that was canceled. So yet not another good thing.so we will see.

Very poor service. Even with an appointment, it took them two hours to see us on a follow up appointment. When called in, the individual who led us in could not even tell us why they called us for a follow up. We had to explain that it was due to a mistake on their part due to which our insurance declined a simple MRI to check for a muscle tear. Took the follow up appointment 3 weeks out to be able to see Dr.Donaldson personally. But the doctor did not even see us during both visits. We wasted almost three hours there and they still could not help us in any way whatsoever. Very poor customer service and the staff there does not seem to know what they are doing. Stay away if you do not want to waste your time.

I am a new patient so I look for things that determine whether or not I'm going to stay. I love the flow of the office. You don't have a long wait for your appointment and timing is very important to me. The friendliness of the staff as well as professionalism. Easy to get an appointment as well. I'm very satisfied with them and would recommend them to my family and friends.
