They do not deliver letters or packages to the address if the name is not in the mailbox. what law says that? I realize that my family has lost a package because they simply do not deliver it. Your job is to deliver the mail to the address no matter the name. Same situation with my friend.

This location closed two minutes prior to 5pm! I walked up to the door to drop off a package! And they had already locked the door when I tried to come in they looked through the window saying we closed at 5pm meanwhile it was 4:58! I could’ve finished my transaction within two minutes! ridiculous normal people work until 5pm! Why lock doors minutes before actual time and turn people away!

They are always putting the wrong mail at my apt complex in the wrong boxes and so far I have had to ask for 3 different cards to be rent sent to me that were time sensitive. The other day I was waiting for the mail man to complete putting the mail in the boxes, when he was done I seen he dropped 3 pieces of mail. He did not attempt to pick them up at all. He seen them. I was right there watching. Or mail use to come at about 3 now or doesn't come till almost 4:30 sometimes 5.

They offer some services that are not posted like money orders. It’s convenient that they have cards available to purchase too. This location processes passports as well. The lady that helped me was very nice and very informative. Her supervisor was rude and assumed everyone knows their processes and services.
