I went here around noon on a Saturday and there were about 6 people in the waiting room when I got there. Once I filled out some papers, I was seen in about 15 minutes. This is unheard of in urgent care facilities. I had went to Bay Care Urgent Care earlier that morning, and I was told it would be an hour to hour and a half and had to wait in my truck! When I was called back, I was seen by a very professional and polite doctor and his assistant. They diagnosed my issue and gave me a treatment plan. I highly recommend this place. I have been to several urgent care facilities through the years, and this is by far my favorite.

Had a very good experience today at TGH Urgent Care in Brandon. The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. After I filled out the new patient paperwork, I was seen immediately. The PA who saw me, Liz, was great! We're new to the area, and this will absolutely be the Urgent Care we stick with.

Staff was excellent while treating my son with special needs. They explained every step prior to treating/ testing. I was very impressed with their service and so was he. He threw them a kiss once his test were completed. Thanks, Josh & Mom

Every time I have gone to TGH Urgent Care, I have always received fast friendly and professional care. I would recommend then to anyone needing medical care. Also the outside office takes care of covid issues and testing. The ladies who work back there are fantastic.
