Amazing facility and staff. We had a scare with one of our cats, and thought we were having an emergency. This in not our regular vet, but they took us in immediately. They also called for follow up a week after our apt. Excellent service in a clean facility. Highly recommended by other vets in our area also. Thank you Blue Pearl!

Amazing staff and facility. They saved my big boy, an Irish Wolfhound, after he ate his way through a garbage can and needed stomach surgery to remove some of the bits and pieces. His surgeon was amazing and very knowledgeable about his specific breed. The cost was pretty high, but its clear this is a state of the art location, and I would have sold a kidney to save my big guy, so I'm eternally thankful to their entire staff.

Very Professional and caring..... This simple statement doesn't feel like enough for the level of awesomeness I experienced. I lost my baby girl Hazel on the way to the BluePearl. It was 1am and since my wife works nights I had to bring my 2 small children with me. I do not remember the staffs names, which bothers me, but they came to me. I didn't even end up going into the building. Every exchange happened in the parking lot. You may think that isn't a big deal but I was in tears and not having to unload a sleeping 1 year old or wrangle a hyper 4 year old was fantastic. My visit was mainly paperwork but BluePearl facilitated getting Hazel taken care of and back to us only a couple days later. Yesterday I grabbed my mail and found a hand written sorry for your loss card from BluePearl inside. Knowing that there is a place that actually cares about the family, not just the money is a bit of restoration for my faith in humanity. Truly impressed BluePearl, truly impressed. .

So my wife’s cat Peter became very thin suddenly and we knew it was probably cancer.Actually we have Five cats and some are closer to her, some to me. Peter loved my wife, but if I sat on the couch he would clean my hair like I was a cat..,My wife would laugh because Peter was so intense about it and I’m already losing my hair so anything might help. We took Peter to Blue Pearl and they did X-rays and saw the mass. Did we want to do pain management and keep him comfortable or chemo? We opted for pain management knowing Peter would let us know when it was time. They gave us treatment options in terms of cost as well. When we put Peter down we took him back to blue pearl and cried in their office. We still cry a year later.we paid 3500.00 for care for a 75.00 rescue cat that gave us 13 years of joy and you can’t put a price on that.They gave us three extra weeks with Peter where he was pain free and loved till his last day on earth and for that ,we are eternally grateful.
