I do not recommend this place for ear cleaning. They charged me upfront $250 and when I saw the doctor he said I did not need an ear cleaning. I asked the front desk for a partial refund (as I don’t mind paying a standard $130 consultation fee) and they said that the consultation fee is $250 and the ear cleaning is “free”. When I called and made an appointment I was told the ear cleaning was $250. I find this to be a rip-off and bad service and this should be made clear by the office before making an appointment.

Everyone there was very respectful and pleasant to be around. I really appreciated it. I got good guidance from Dr. MAKI, and all of his associates there are very professional and friendly. I’m so glad I found them. Thank you to Everyone there for helping me get well.

They were expeditious in delivering care. The doctor (cant remember name) was amazing and very attentive. She addressed most to all of my issues before I could even express them. And visit was fast but yet thorough. I never go through the trouble of leaving a review but they deserve it. Keep up the great work, it matters! Only negative thing was they were difficult to find as in location. I rode around for like 30 minutes trying to locate the building, but service was amazing so they still get 5 stars.

Excellent staff, very nice doctor, but, even after getting the wax behind my eardrum out, there was no resolution whatsoever for the intense pain I experience. Imagine being in extreme pain due to a nonstop earache from February 10 to current. I’m still suffering tremendously, so much so I retched for about 15 minutes this morning. They haven’t called me back today yet.
