I went to get my eyebrows done with Priti and she didn’t do a great job. I told her to just clean my brows because they already have a shape and we’re nice & thick. Because of her now My left eyebrow is super thin, ruined the shape, and my right eyebrow is thick and nice. I did not want her fixing it or making it more worse. I am not coming back to this place. This facility should have people who can at least follow directions.

Reasonably priced. Right now, it's appointment only due to COVID. I prefer appointments because I don't have to wait long like when they did walkins. I used to go here for threading regularly when I lived in the area. Always happy with the service. The artist I usually see is Prithi; she's fantastic. She does exactly what I ask which is to keep my natural shape & just some cleaning & trimming. (I've been to other brow places where the artist tries to convince me to try a different shape or make my brows thinner; I hate that. I know what look I want so don't try to sell me on something else.) I only get to Ziba once in a blue moon now that I've moved, but when I'm in Glendale, Prithi is who I trust with my brows.

Rima did my brows the other day and completely messed up my brows. A 5 year old would have done a better job!! Now I have to wait 2 months for my brows to go back to normal
