Horrible management!! We never get our security back !! They don’t know how to do business too ! They try to charge us more $$$ but when we say send us pictures still too we never get any email !! They need single penny from us !! I just suggested to everyone please don’t rent here their apartment are so bad whole day n night their air condition fan was on which never goes on auto heat is horrriblw go in winter !! They never fixed !!! Stay away from this apartment!

Sub-par property for the members of Hagerstown that can manage to pass a background check. Management/maintenance constantly lets themselves into my apartment with no prior notice. I've only been here 1 year+ and regret it more every day. At this point it is worth it to break my lease and find something better, where I can actually sleep in my own home without being able to hear my downstairs AND upstairs neighbors 24/7. The floors/ceiling are made of paper. My windows were quite literally painted shut when I moved in, and the carpet had clearly not been replaced or even cleaned well after the previous tenants. But that's probably my fault too, per management... This is just a classier-looking version of every other run-down apartment complex in Hagerstown. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If I could give this place 0 Stars, I would.
