I had the best experience at Koons Lexus of Wilmington this past week buying my car. It was my first big-girl purchase, so naturally I was a ball of nerves. Erik knew exactly how to calm me down, and made the entire process seem so easy! I was unsure of what exactly I wanted, and Erik went above and beyond to show me multiple options until I found the one I loved. If you need a car, without a doubt go see him! Chris in finance was amazing too. He explained everything thoroughly so that I understood, and had me in and out in no time! James and Drew, the sales managers, and truly everyone else was incredible at making the whole process seem effortless. It was a pleasant experience working with Ryan and the rest of the staff at Koons Lexus. Sat in his office and worked out the deal which I was satisfied with. The price of the vehicle was reasonable, the car was clean and ready to go. Closing out the deal in Finance was straightforward. I have only had the car for a few days now but so far so good.

Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14 day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise.
