Great customer service! Took my car in because someone noticed my back tire was wobbling. The guys at Osborne’s did a quick test drive and determined the wheel was bent. They then helped me find and order a replacement wheel and didn’t charge me anything until the wheel arrived and they installed it.

They were friendly, kept me informed, and worked very hard to make sure my car was safe and perfect. And the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone in the Wilmington area.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this auto shop!! I have been in the area for less than a year and I didn’t know where to take my car to be serviced. I have a 2011 BMW, however I knew I DID NOT want to take it to the service center located in Wilmington. I decided to take my car to this auto shop instead. I can truly say I am very pleased with the service I received. The gentlemen working there were very kind and they do excellent work! I highly recommend bringing your car here if you’re having any issues :)
