The car runs great. Feels even better than it did before. Thanks to Andy and the supporting staff at Audi Wilmington service center. Top of the line service from start to finish. Andy kept me informed about everything, even any delays that came about, which we highly appreciated. When the vehicle was ready he went above and beyond to get the car back to Dover. Putting others first is becoming a lost skill, which is sad but Andy willingly and selflessly put our situation as if it were his own and kept his promises and made a way for us to be happy about owing an Audi. Andy is second to none and others inside and out of where he is employed can benefit a lot from this gentleman. So your question of am I completely satisfied, yes we are beyond satisfied and we cannot express how much we have been WOWED by our interactions with this employee. I wish I had the words to express what I'm saying but I hope you get the point. Even though we got our vehicle out of state, Andy and Audi Wilmington will be the only place I take this car because of the professionalism and care that your staff has shown!!!

Everytime in the past 2 years that my Audi has been seen I end up having a problem or they do not know what they are talking about. Yes my vehicle is an older model but you can simply look up parts instead of telling a customer who is knowledgeable in this topic, that they are incorrect, only to find out they are correct when it is brought back. This recent visit, they put the tires on my rims and ended up scratching my spare full rim and then creating a circle from the mounting and balancing as shown in the pictures. Also put white balancing markers on a black rim. Never thought I would have to deal with that issue but here we are. The service the past few years has gone extremely down hill and is disappointing. I'd rather drive to the Audi in West Chester than go back to this one at this point. Tired of having an issue each time I go in.
