We have lived here for just under two years. This community is very friendly and well-kept. People look out for each other here and it's a place you feel very safe. I love the ducks at the pond and you'll sometimes see them walking around. We are fairly new to Oregon and Junction City is a great place to live. Before moving here, we did our research and found the lot rent to be reasonably priced. The new managers are amazing people. Our overall experience at The Meadow on Pitney Pond has been wonderful.

We lived here for 18 years and I will say when we first moved in it was not the greatest place to live. But when Steve and Linda Harer bought it it became a really nice place to live. Great neighbors, nice neighborhood for families, singles and retirees. The pond area is a nice place for walks, kids to play, picnics and even fishing. We loved walking our dog around the park. If we ever move back to Oregon we would look at buying a home at the Meadow again. Thank you Steve and Linda for making it such a nice place to live!

Donna, We are not an RV Park. We are a manufactured home community that has optional RV storage for homeowners. There is an RV park in Harrisburg along the river. Thank you for checking in with us! Hope this helps.
Julie, we do not rent our the new homes. The homes are super affordable since you would be living in a premier manufactured home community that will amaze you. Financing is available upon approved credit. For many, the cost of their home and site fee are less than renting an apartment! Depends on the location of the lot. We have a pond you can fish in in tye summer.
