I drove from Mount Laurel NJ at the advice of Princeton BMW as they were the only ones with tires for my car. Although filled to the max with appointments, my hardship was acknowledged and I was accommodated. My wait was reasonable and the customer service, service and entire visit was a pleasurable experience. I wish I would have purchased my vehicle from them last months. # the service manager Frank, he rocks.
