I purchased my car about 2 years ago and it’s been back at the dealership 6 times each year & i had to pay an deductible each time for the same issue that was suppose to be repaired initially. Every time i call or come in to speak to someone in sales i can never reach anyone the service manager BOB is aware of my issues you can pull up my information & i have all the documentation that’ shows the amount of times my car needed service i just picked my vehicle up Saturday after the dealership had it for over a month & soon as i drove 5 blocks my check engine light was on again which was the reason i brought it in in the 1st place I’m traveling all the way from Delaware I’m starting to believe I was sold a lemon

I worked with Brian Gross and I couldn't be happier with how this transaction went. It was a long wait for the truck (6 1/2 months) but Brian kept me informed, answered all of my questions and really helped with everything I needed. When it came time to deliver the vehicle Brian really went out of his way to work with my schedule and get me in the vehicle ASAP. He was even doing touch up detail work on it. He explained all of the new features for me as well. Couldn't be happier with how the transaction was handled. Thanks again Brian!

Very smooth and easy. Gary was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

This is a good question. The answer all depends on which state the car is purchased in. In some states the buyer will need to take care of the registration outside the purchase of the vehicle, while in other states the dealership pays the registration on the buyer’s behalf as it is factored in as total cost of the vehicle. In the latter instance, the dealer registers the new car at the point of sale and forwards the information onto the DMV. In this scenario, it typically it takes about three weeks for the buyer to receive their registration in the mail.
When looking for a used or certified pre-owned vehicle, you may be wondering what the used car mileage range is that you should be using to narrow down your search. The best mileage for used cars really depends on your needs. Average used car mileage ranges from 8,000 to 15,000 miles per year the car has been driven. Keep in mind that some used car mileage can be much higher, or much lower depending on the previous owner. Consider the car's service and maintenance history, coupled with its mileage to make the best decision on a used or certified pre-owned car for you and your family.
Traditionally, used and certified pre owned cars aren't leased like new cars but depending on the manufacturer, you may be able to availability depending on the current programs. Usually used cars are bought outright or financed but used car leases may provide you with a short term alternative compared to long-term ownership if your vehicle leasing needs may change.

Conventional hybrids (HEV) are primarily gas-powered cars that use electric motors to help out the internal combustion engine. Plug-in hybrids (PHEV) have a battery-powered electric motor that can function independently with enough range for a daily commute. The also have a conventional gas engine to extend the vehicle’s range. Battery electric vehicles (BEV) are powered solely by a battery and electric motor. Fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV) use compressed hydrogen gas for fuel. When hydrogen is combined with air in the vehicle’s fuel cell, electricity is created and used to power the car’s electric motor.
Lets stop obsessing about covid. More people die in car accidents or from suicide and no one is asking about that!
Your vehicle may be spending a lot more time in the driveway these days, delaying a mileage milestone that illuminates a service reminder light. While maintenance recommendations are often based on mileage or time, it’s important to consider that right now the suggested schedules could look a little different. Idle vehicles can suffer from dead batteries, stale gas and flat tires, which can lead to bigger, more costly issues down the road. Staying on top your maintenance routines will keep your vehicle in tip-top shape for when you’re ready to hit the open road.
A used car is one that has had at least one previous owner and can be any age. A used car will usually only offer the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty, if it still applies. A certified pre-owned car or CPO is usually not more than 5-7 years old and is backed by the manufacturer. These vehicles are put through rigorous, multi-point inspections by trained technicians, and come with an extended warranty. The complete inspection of a CPO results in the replacement or repair of any damaged or worn parts before the car is certified and offered up for sale.
Leasing allows you to get more car for your money by allowing you to drive a more expensive car with lower payments - when compared to owning a car of the same price. Leases are structured in 2 to 3 year increments which means you will always be covered by a warranty and can get a new vehicle at the end of your leasing term. Buying offers freedom in other arenas with no restrictions on the miles driven or customization options. Once a financed vehicle is paid off, you will not have to make any more payments and you may keep the vehicle as long as you want. Warranties do expire, but you always have the option to purchase an extended warranty.
I think so, but its not built like the wrangler. Can't wait to try it out in the snow. I could be wrong, so just try to do your research. But so far I love my explorer

First, make sure you have the extended warranty on the vehicle, and make sure you had a roadside assistance too. Second, when the tow truck comes if they can't start the vehicle, tell him to drive you home and drop the vehicle in your house and third, call Holman service in the morning, and explained to them what happens with the vehicle, they may send someone to your house to pick the vehicle,if they can't start the vehicle, they have to tow it to Holman and you will or may give you a loaner vehicle. They will do whatever they take to help you. Hope this help you answering your question, Good luck,if you're a Dad, Happy father's day 👍
Yes they do free estimates, but not diagnostics. If you select to perform the repairs, they often waive the diagnostic fee
Call them, give them your vehicle's VIN number and they should be able to tell you whether it's covered or not.
Not sure after calling many times to get problems resolved I quit and turned effort over to an attorney
A 1996 model should be a cheap key because it’s prior to security chips!
