I had one of the worst experiences at this location. My car was having problems and the nearest appointment was 2 weeks away they said to leave my car and they can’t give me a loan. When I said it was an emergency the guy became verbally frustrated and sighed and said there’s nothing he can do and to leave my car there for 2 weeks. I also took my car here before and had another horrible experience they told me by the end of the day my car will be done and they will give me a call to pick it up by the end of the day. I call at the end of the day to find out they closed and failed to give me a call when I needed my car the next day! I expressed my frustration and they said a manager will call me! That never happened so I decided to stop doing business here. Horrible customer service stay away!

Always great dealing the everyone from the time I make my appointment. The day I come in for service I pull into a clean garage. All the people behind the desks to the service techs are wonderful. They all answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone there is very nice, friendly. They renovated the reception area and did a wonderful job. Thank you all for taking care of my vehicle all these years!
