My wife had surgery from the doctor last week Wednesday. Everything came out great that’s not my complaint. It’s the after care from his office it’s truly a horrible experience. A day after her surgery my wife has been calling his office asking for after care materials she needs like a walker to mobile around because she can’t feel her left foot and nothing. I myself called last week Friday and ask to speak to the doctor himself or there office manager J.C. Lola said doctor was busy and J.C was checking in patients because they are short staff. Once again to brush us off the phone they say the same thing we will call you back before 5pm. Which is a big lie because I’ve been waiting since last week for a phone call. Today I called once again and Lola lied once again and said J.C was not in Friday went they said he was checking in patient so now he be In tomorrow Tuesday. I have never endured so much lies from any office before so unprofessional. Now my wife it’s almost 1 week from surgery with nothing to assist her to walk or sit and shower unbelievable.

Doctor Greg cares about his patients, he takes the time to get to know his patients and supplies their needs as much as possible. Him and his staff treats there patients like family. Continue the great work.

Dr. Khounganian was able to rapidly review the results of my MRI and pinpoint the areas causing my lower back pain. The surgery went well and they had me stand up a short time following surgery. One night at their surgery care center and I went home. The office staff is very cordial and always took care of my needs when I had to call. Recommend DR. K for anyone considering back surgery even if only for a second opinion. You won't be sorry.

My entire experience was beyond easy. From scheduling my appointment, to check in, my medical history, and the appointment with the doctor. The staff is very warm and inviting and tries to comfort you during the process. The doctor was on time, and performed a thorough exam and listen to my concerns. I would be happy to visit him again. Just be aware that parking is cash only. I was advised of this by the office when making and confirming my appointment but I just want to mention it here in the review. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.
