I just recently visited the New Burlington in my home community here in Carson, California. Upon walking into the store I was beyond disappointed. The atmosphere felt empty, no greetings no warmth. The shelves and racks were skimpy with product, if not close to empty. The product that I did see, it was very cheap in quality but somewhat expense, product was not at all appealing. The staff was not available the staff I did see had no knowledge of where the products could be found, the response I got was “it should be over there 👉🏽 “. We get a New store in our community I would like it to be of better quality quality! This is not acceptable! Sincerely, Carson Resident
