They open too late !! And they close too early. I would love to wash my car before I go to work or when I come back after work but it seems they have a simple schedule.I wish they would open at 7am.

I’m not sure if it’s under new management but my female friend was getting yelled at by a big heavy guy that seemed to be in charge. My friend paid for the platinum option & they didn’t vacuum the back seat at all or any other place. It just seems that they just wiped down a bit. She did have things in the back but they could have easily moved them or asked her nicely to move the things. Instead he yelled at her saying she’s immature & has a child which had nothing to do with anything. Let alone going back & forth with a woman most of all a CUSTOMER this is horrible for business I would say when this could have been dealt with in a better tone or manner. Completely unprofessional & disgusting at that. Not even the employees are rude as this man was.

This place is very overpriced for what it offers. Packages over $30 don't include thorough vacuuming, no third row vacuuming at all, no interior console wiping, cup holder wiping, door handle wiping, and many other basics. When you point it out, the manager comes over like a bully and very rudely tells you that basically nothing is included and makes you feel like a cheapskate for only getting a $40 car wash. I've never met a ruder manager in any other establishment. Stay away from this place.

The best *hand car wash* place. Been a long time customer. Love the results each time Iwash my cars. Cant wait for their new upcoming package!
