The worst ever service I ever got in chase branch !!!! They don't answer the phone for hours.... When they do - they don't show any willingness to help you... they just "throw" you to customer service. shame on you !!!!

There is a Chase Bank at this location, the drive through ATM is very convenient if you just need to make a quick deposit or withdrawal. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. My not look like much outside but inside is nice.
