We called ahead of arrival to make sure we could keep our car there during our vacation…all answers were yes of course!! This is NOT the case so beware!!!! We checked in and we’re told they only offer a free airport shuttle ( only at select times on the hour) and we could not keep our car with them… after a quick google search we found the TWA hotel and parking service, highly recommended TWA!! Valet service and super easy access into the airport!!! We will be staying there next time!! The rooms were what you’d expect at a tiny motel, room was dingy and beds were uncomfortable 😣

Best 2 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Not the biggest platter of a breakfast, but customer service was great and the hotel was well kept.

Positive: It is close to JFK. It has a microwave ,washer & dryer with 2 sofas in a common room. The free shuttle is a big plus. Also, Burger King is next to the inn and Popeye's Chicken. Free simple breakfast. Front desk lady, March 26, PM > kind patient & help Negative: One of the 2 shuttle drivers was not friendly, did not smile or even looked at me when I handed my tip. The other guy was nice * conversant. For breakfast, fruits and water, should be available during the breakfast time. Need welcoming smiles at check-

This hotel deserves 6 stars, but 5 will have to suffice. We needed a hotel last second after our flight was canceled out of JFK and this was the only hotel that had rooms available. Took a shot booking here simply wanting a bed instead of sleeping in the airport terminal. All our winter clothes were stuck in the airport and the kind gentleman at this hotel at the front desk literally gave me the jacket off his back to go grab a bite down the street in 10 degree weather. Even sent their shuttle to pick us up at the restaurant to go back to the hotel at 12:30am so we wouldn’t have to walk in the frigid weather. Incredible kindness. The breakfast the next morning was a nice touch. Great spot if you need a clean, safe place to crash around JFK. Seemed like a mom and pop kind of place. Top notch… super grateful for these people after a brutal travel day.
