Do not go here. They do not accept insurance, make you pay for either antigen or PCR, and make it impossible to get a reimbursement form for insurance claims. Their phone number? Doesn't work. Their e-mail? Unresponsive. Absolutely unhelpful. They do not care for you and they only want your money.

This is the first review I’ve ever posted for a business so it’s not something I do lightly but given the frustrating time I’ve had with these folks this week I think it’s warranted. I was exposed to Covid and had emerging symptoms at the beggining of the week and have a young son and partner at home who I was trying to protect by assessing my Covid status. I got tested at this clinic (a “rapid” PCR test) on Weds morning at 9AM and was told it would be 1 to 3 days but most likely I’d have the results within a day. It’s now Saturday at 5pm and still nothing. Since there’s no telephone number available and I live close by I swung by yesterday afternoon (2 1/2 days later) and was told that the timeline is actually triggered when the lab picks up the sample not when the sample is taken. This information was not made available when I took the test. Had it been, I would have happily gone to any of the many other clinics in the area. I’m now at the end of the 3rd day, post-test, and still without an answer. I drove by twice today to try and understand where my results are. The first time I was rudely and aggressively asked to leave and then, just now, was again aggressively shooed away by the person at the front desk when I knocked on the door. Not cool or appropriate when I have no other way of communicating with them. I will never use this clinic again and strongly encourage others to do the same. Not only were they misleading (at best) about the timeline they've been shockingly callous about the need to share critical information with one of their patients.

Horrible across the board. I wish I could give them less than one star.

I have not been there but I am reviewing the response they gave to Ali, another reviewer. That was a hostile and rude response. Just proved Ali right. Also, the price is higher than other rapid test sites. Therefore, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you for convincing my not to give my money to you :)

I did the PCR and it was 150$, not sure about the other tests. Also, they do not accept insurance.
