Tom has an attitude problem. He was unprofessional from the start. He made a point to shake the hands of all the male customers renting bikes that day and not the women, including my mother who rented five bikes for my family and I. He insisted on calling my other siblings in their 20's and I "kids" then told us to "quit your gabbing kids and get in the van". He proceeded to mock my mother for reserving the wrong size bikes for us. He then insisted that all 5 of us sit in the back of the van, despite their being plenty of room throughout. My favorite part of the whole circus show was once we were all shoved into the back, he blasted The Matrix movie sound track in the van. For those of your who haven't heard the sound track to The Matrix, its insane techno music. It's not for everyone, Tom. Can't deny it wasn't a lovely bike ride but I could have gone without the mockery, unprofessionalism, and matrix soundtrack.

Absolute perfection booking the shuttle to White Haven with Pocono Bike Rental. Tom was very informative and entertaining with all of us on the van. Ease of booking and payment was another bonus.
