Positive: This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, comfy bed. The pool and hot tub was an extra treat. Breakfast was an actual breakfast with many options. Do not hesitate to to book! Negative: Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations for the price- there was nothing bad.

We stayed 2 nights in March on a weekend. Good spot for skiing people just to crash at night. But our case was different we took kids snow tubing and then we wanted to relax in the afternoon in the hotel pool. I called in advance to inquire about the pool and was told it is an indoor heated pool. Well that was not the case. The pool was too cold for my kids. After 20 min they were shivering. There is a heated jacuzzi but that water was too hot. I was afraid to let kids there as it is not recommend for kids under 6 to be in a hot tub. Had I known that I would stay in Four Points Sheraton in Allentown - the pool there was warm enough for my kids to play for hours. Otherwise the Holiday Inn is an OK hotel. Staff is friendly. The breakfast is included. The hot food is not good. But bagels, bread, yogurt, coffee was good. And on Sunday there were oranges.

Positive: Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Hotel and room were very clean. The hot breakfast buffet had a great variety of chooses and the hot food items were actually hot. Negative: This did not bother us but one suggestion I would make to anyone who is a light sleeper is that you request an odd numbered room as the even side of the hotel is located closest to the turnpike so could be noisy.

We stayed here for the night with our son, after skiing at Jack Frost! It was perfect location from the mountain! Beds were so comfy! Very clean! Our son loved the pool! The breakfast in the morning included eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, bagels, muffins & more! We will definitely be returning next time we go back to Jack Frost!
