Horribly disappointed. Lost my father in the mail, over charged me for shipping, not answering the phone now. Shady business. There was never a refund, and we specified that we would pick him up in person, if you couldn't deliver him to our home address, as a P.O. box would pose a problem. Ashes to Ashes is very unprofessional crematorium, this is not the time to take advantage of people. That is exactly what you did, and you should be ashamed.

Just wanted to say what a great experience we had with ashes to ashes. Belinda was very professional and courteous through out the time from the beginning when we set up their service when mom went on hospice to 2 months later when she passed. Since we are out of state we needed to have someone who was responsive in a timely manner and reassuring that everything was taken care. Thank you Belinda.

Belinda couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and thoughtful, especially since we had no idea where to begin.
